Form 4 and Form 5 Hospitality students participated in an educational outing to the Phoenicia Hotel in Valletta. During the visit, they explored various job roles within the hotel and observed its health and safety features. The experience also included a demonstration of formal table setup techniques and a session on coffee preparation.
