Our Form 4 Hospitality students recently had a hands-on experience at the Institute of Tourism Studies 🤩

During their visit, they showcased their skills by:

☕ Preparing delicious hot beverages
🍽️ Setting up tables for dinner
🧺 Learning napkin folding techniques

The students also stepped into the kitchen and cooked a traditional Maltese favourite – Bragioli! 🇲🇹
