Last week, Ms Camilleri and Ms Spiteri Cornish from the senior school attended a training course in Helsinki on the importance of outdoor learning and education. They were given the opportunity to learn about the techniques of taking the classroom outdoors and maximising learning in an outdoor setting. They had the privilege to visit the Oodi Library, Helsinki City Museum, and Musttikamaa island, as well as other cultural activities to broaden their understanding of utilising the outdoor setting as a learning experience.
