This morning, our Grade 5 students had the opportunity to meet the Mounted Police Section together with two of their horses. The students were engaged throughout and had the opportunity to understand how these horses are trained and why they are used by the Malta Police Force. This is one of the activities the Junior school section prepared for Animal Awareness Week whilst also celebrating the feast of St. Francis of Assisi.
