De La Salle Senior School is proud to share that two of our members of staff, Ms Marija Hammett and Ms Roberta Xuereb, have completed an Erasmus+ course in Copenhagen about 'Transformational Leadership: How to Empower Followers and Communities.' Through this training they developed a deeper understanding that transformational leadership is not about controlling outcomes but about inspiring people. Effective leaders should lead with vision, empower growth and watch ordinary teams achieve extraordinary things.
