Respect for All: Chinese New Year Fun
Year 3- Respect for all.
The children enjoyed today’s lesson, learning about how China celebrates the New Year and got to explore some of the traditions that make it such a special holiday. They even made their own Chinese paper lanterns and ended the activity with a fun fortune cookie treat. This made them appreciate and respect another culture and understand why it’s so valuable to stay curious about the world beyond our own.
