DLSS-Erasmus-Introduction

RESULTS is our first project which started in 2019. Our aim was to familiarise staff with the main principles, the powerful techniques, the tips and the tools on how to plan and implement an innovative educational curriculum. We wanted our staff to be more aware of our students' emotional needs and behaviour and to gain insights and skills on how to promote stronger classroom relationships together with creating a more positive climate at school for staff and students. Furthermore, to instil and promote the effectiveness and the need of a work-life balance, satisfaction, effectiveness, and appreciation to counteract stress at the workplace.

Our aim was to empower our staff to use their new skills and share good practices with their European counterparts and together continuously strive to be on the forefront of Education.

We are pleased to have sent 22 teachers on various courses around Europe all of whom have defined it as an excellent experience which they would recommend to all. These teachers have shared their newly acquired knowledge with the rest of the staff during teacher training planned sessions at school as well as online sessions for parents and teachers within our LaSalle schools.
